49th Grammy Awards

Now let me start off this entry by saying I am not gay. I do love the Grammys along with a couple of other award shows. We are one hour to curtain and I am watching E with Ryan and he is doing a pretty good job.

Dixie chix with Ryan and they won a grammy already. Ryan asked them if there has been many regrets about statements and they said no. Like those girls for their committment. They will not say they are sorry for dissing the fucker Bush..The man that has broken everything he has touched including this country..

Back from commercial at 744 with Ryan..John Legen with bow tie open has won two awards already. Cedric looking a Fergie.. Ciara stopped by and she looked good. Terrence Howard with Ryan and he is funny with toe cheese comments. Not many questions flying too many quick cuts away..Cannot concentrate.

8pm coverage from CBS, which I get in HDTV.. Police opening up with Roxanne. Even with throat surgery Sting still sounds pretty good. Taking a lower registger on the Roxy part showing he cant do it anymore. They should have done this acoustic and now they are bringing in sound augmentation. Copeland sounds good on the drums. Kind of lackluster..More hype than content. Got standing O but not deserved.. Remember this is their retirement tour to make money for their kids.

What a talent doing it acoustic..John Mayer joins in doing a slow hand blues fusion addition to the song.. In pops John Legend.. Soft and stoic.. Into the next song which is John Legend.. Mayer playing the basic chord structure on electric...this is the way music is supposed to be..the way that life is supposed to be.. talents from many creating one voice, one vision, one love.....the other two begin singing backup to John..They are prob going to do gravity next... which they are now...wow..This has to be the three best performances tonight...Corinne singing backup...
