With most shows in re-runs except for the ones where people trade their kids and dogs, I watched Brittany Chaotic tonight. First impression what a bunchof pigs these two are. Brittany said I love you to her husband and he laughed and she took it back. Now she is ready to box him etc. First impression she is a pig and he is a dirtbag. Now she is in concert and floating in the air singing a song that if I really cared could listen to the lyrics and figure out she is singing to Kevin. I may have to bail on this show and watch house. House is a good show. I picked it to be a top show but have not been able to watch with American Idol on.
First the guy has two earings. The camera is in their face the whole time showing nothing but grease and zits. The concert footage looks like the audience is asleep. The songs that her and Lindsay etc sing are all songs about them being who they want to be. Boy the two of these peeps really do nothing but talk about themselves in the 3rd person. Sadly for the Federokskis or whatever their last name is now, I am back to watching House.

TRL Vanessa Sighting
Just got a peak at the new Destiny's child video. These ladies are smoking. The new song is called Cater 2 U. The tease on TRL was too little. Speaking of TRL, I was in the city last week for two days doing a conference and as we were waiting for a cab at Penn Station, Vanessa from TRL hopped out of a limo on to a red carpet. Some minor event must have been going on. She was wearing a black gown but it was so early in the day. I think she was doing promo for a WB event that may have been going on. She was pretty smokin, but then again most of the ladies in the city are that way.

American Idol: Vote Night for Idol of 2005
Here we are back at the Kodak theatre, for a night of commercials and gay songs. They open with a Beach Boy Classic medley. Scott the Body sings Baberanne. He sounds like a bird getting shot from the sky. Horrible. Everyone sounds bad. But the girls look great. Wow. The real genius in this thing is the person who will get people to buy these tickets when they go on tour. Usually hicks and people from Kansas City think that the idols are actually worth going to see.
Missing from tonight's GAYla medley are Bo Bice and Carrie. I bet they did that on purpose. I bet they are backstage right now. Its because they are the last two. Michayla on the carpet. She is more annoying on the carpet then she was on the show. Looks like we have a retrospective going on here. I am walking down AI memory lane. The walk was quick with lots of people screaming when their favorite got voted out. At the first commercial break, I am becoming bored.
Latoya is in Alabama and she pronounced his name as Bro Brice. Waz Sup Bro? Oh my he singing Vehicle again. What a nice surprise. He does not do this song enough. I think if he was actually Jim Morrison he would be so pissed after looking at his fans that he would expose himself like Morrison did in Miami in 68. Now that would be hot. I can see all the headline. Fox fallen idol exposes member on live tv.
Coming back from commercial they are in Carrie's home state of OK. They have the first lady of OK. They are predicting a Carrie win. She is singing Angels brought me here. Again. Those Angels must be tired. They are taking her everywhere. Carrie's hair is crimped tonight which means she has been to the stylist. Dressed in country jeans and a plaid shirt she looks like Gartha Brookes Underwood. Yee Ha. She is singing her little country heart out tonight. Again, something only hicks and people from Kansas City would understand.

Coming back from commercial at 8:33, the Randy Dog is is being interviewed by Ryan. They are now doing a retrospect of Simon and Paula. They are showing the nasty Paula. She keeps saying shutup. Paula is now being interviewed now and she is saying that Simon is a fungus. Of course Paula makes no sense. Back into commercial again at 8:36
Back from commercial at 8:41 and they are interviewing Simon. A piece with Latoya and the crowd went really bad. Latoya is dressed like the queen mum and there is a little Bo Bice Punk shouting questions. Lots of audio problems. They are now showing the seasons biggest meltdowns. The biggest one is of the mom of a boy who got through. Now he is a little light in the feet and she is crying like she has seen the ghost of Christ himself.
2nd hour of the Fox Idol Special. The judges have taken their seats. Up where we belong being sung by Carrie and Bo. Bo is a one dimensional long haired hippie freak with one octave at best and a case of I am a celebrity-itis. I just had a flash ahead. Its the year 2022 and I am still blogging and its the emmys and announcing song of the year are Bo and Carrie.
Ryan has a surprise. He is holding out keys. Bo looks nervous. I think he thinks it is the key to Ryan's hotel room. They just won two new Mustangs. Now they are comparing the two. Carrie has strange teeth. Odd a farm girl has had Hollywood teeth put in. They keep hinting about a Simon controversey.
Back from commercial at 9:08. Showing the bad performances for the year. Really getting their money worth out of this bit. My god they cut to Hall and Oates again for the second time this season and the dark haired one looks retarded. Highlight of this segment is David Hassledorf showing up for the retarded boy.. Out at 9:16
Back at 9:22. The Simon secret. A clever attempt to goof on the Paula Scandel. It shows Paula and Randy cutting a CD and touting a book. I think we found a new job for Constantine. This show is becoming two hours too long.. There is a commercial every 6 minutes.
Carrie is singing with Rascal Flats. I only know of this group from Erik the Midget who calls into Howard Stern. Pretty good job. Anthony and Anwar singing with Kenny G. If I could fly. Afed it flat. Once again Anwar can't hear the music and is off again. Anwar is like the the retarded boy who can sing. But he just cannot hear the song. I had such high hopes for him. But he fell so hard. Constantine the poser. Thinks he is in aerosmith. Jessica should not be wearing that outfit. This sounds like three cats being skinned alive. Scott and Niko. Oh no. Niko sounds good and they are singing a song that Scott can sing On Broadway. This is horrible. Yet I cannot turn it off. Like the Magic Johnson show.
Vonzell and the 5th Beatle. Vonzel should be singing more. This was good and Billy looks like he is in love. She may be a bit too old for him. Baby face and Michayla and the other girl. Baby face looks scared by the two of them. OUCH, this is so bad. Michayla cannot sing for a lick but I think she would be a randy little lady in the bedroom. Oh my god Bo and Lynard. This is Bo's only shot that he gets on their revival tour. They already lost half the band to a plane crash, whats another train wreck. All this bullshit just took us to the 9:47 mark.
Now it is time to find out who won. Back from break there has been a costume change. Judges last thoughts. Everyone says what a great season it has been. A suit walks out with the results. Carrie has won and once again I am right. I have picked all 4 right. I am 4 for 4. She is the most marketable out of the group left. Carrie is now going to sing her single. I hope bo Bice falls into the dark pits of hell since he never should have been there. Get him an eight ball and some Jack and hope Lynard has another accident. I can see it now. Bo Bice fronting for the Lynard Grandsons.

American Idol Finale
Bo Bice (Its a long Road) And a very long song. Pitchy in parts. Singing wise give him a 7 and song choice about a 5. Randy said it was not great. Paula said wow fantastic, and Simon was confused it was bad.
Carrie Underwood (Inside Something) Carrie is looking good. Some pitch issues from nerves probably. Second part of the song is better. Higher register is good for and bad for Bo and vice versa. Pitch problems again towards the ending stanza. And yet her soul has not really shown up. Singing I give her a 7.7 since it is more difficult than Bo's and a 5 song selection. Randy said Wow, choir is getting a workout. Hates the song, first half pitchy, in the end you brought it home. Paula congrats your dreams come true, it must be exciting. Paula said bad notes but who cares. We do it is a competition. Simon. Song much better than the first. Vocal on the edge but round 1 to Carrie.
Bo Bice (Vehicle) Singing old stuff again. He is doing too much walking around and I want to hear something different. He sings this song well. 8 for singing and 8 for song choice. First time I gave him a 9 but it is getting tired. Randy said. That is what I am talking about. Paula said no one does it better and Simon said welcome back. Now we have a competition.
Carrie (Independence Day) Carrie doing country again. Pitch is right on, but I have no idea what song this is. But she sings much better than Bo. Singing a 9 song choice 7. Randy said it was hot. Paula great vocal and brilliant. Simon not great vocal. Would have chosen a different song. Second round to Bo from Simon.
Well we are at intermission and I must say that this is the first idol in which I do not care who wins. No one has really had a song that blew me away this year. Very lackluster. During commercial break they play the tennis commercial with new Anna Kornikova (don't know her name) who has not won a tournament but just looks hot. Ladies tennis just took 5 steps back along with woman rights.

Apprentice Season Finale
Aside from the fact that today is my Bday, I as a TV lover am once again blessed with another season finale. The Apprentice: Street Smarts VS Book Smarts. Tonight we are left with Tana (Street Smart) and Kendra(Book Smart). I think both of these ladies are there as they should be. One much smarter in her approach and the other an over the top hustler.
The show started off with a recap of the season. I love the episode when the tuff guy breaks down and cries like a little baby. I am predicting that Kendra will win. She was three wins no losses when she lead and on some of the ones that Tana won, Kendra was in there with the ideas that eventually drove the team towards wins. Kendra on her last challenge did so well that she was actually offered a job on the spot from one of the sponsors. Here we are at the first break and we are ready for the show.
The set is live which is great. We may get to see a Donald Flunky forget how to speak like last year. Donald starts off calling Tana on the carpet for calling them flunkies. Donald is on the attack.
Now on to Kendra. He called her a crier and she said so do big football players. Now to the committee where they are all just kissing each others asses. We are back in commercial about 4 minutes after the last. Looks like this is not about the show but about the making of money by jamming commercial after commercial in there.
Back from commercial. Now they show the last two winners Bill and Kelly. Not sure why we are spending the showtime on this. Back in commercial again at 9:33. This is the 4th commercial break. But it does give me time to go back to International Idol Bloopers.
Donald is now showing us the jobs available to these go getters. We now see how sexists he is. The two jobs are Ms America pagents and beach front properties in Florida. Now in one sentence he dropped 5 names of sponsors for a product placement gig. Donald is getting paid by the word.. Back in commercial break. Now back again at 9:47. Ten minutes left and George is heaping praise on Kendra. Donald is now asking some more questions. Tana broke through and claimed credit for some of the Pontiac add. What was missed was Kendra's response wich she gave credit to Tana, but reminded everyone that there was a continuity with the writing and pictures that were equally important and that is the part that the team slept through.

American Idol-Final Three May 17, 2005
We are down to three tonight. Bo, Vonzel, and Carrie. Now anyone that enjoys music knows that this should not have been the final four. From the first weeks of the show I picked Carrie, Vonzel, Nadia, and Anwar. But tonight the final three are the ones listed above and tonight we will review them. As always I will rate them on what I call Sing and Song. One for the vocals the other for the song choice.
Three songs from each tonight..One of theirs, one of the judges and one of Clive Davis.
Vonzel (Never love this way again) First note bad. A little breathy and off the first verse. First Stanza sounds better but a little slow or off the mark. She seems between octaves and stuck on a fence. Sing she scores a 7.5 and song goes to Clive at an 8. Right song for just a bit off. Randy said it was off, Paula said she looked beautiful, and Simon told her it was off. She is marketable. I would love to receive mail from her.
Vonzell Own Song: (Chain of Fools) She knows this song and sings it well. Flawless Job just lacking energy for me since I heard it. Rany said it was the best, Paula said something, and Simon said we have a competition. I give her a 9 sing and song 8 since I thought I have heard it too much.

Paula, pure brilliance, and Simon is following along as well. Could Simon be dating Bo??
Bo Bice Own Song (Within a Dream) Accappella?? I think he thinks he is Jesus now. He is singing a song, not sure what song it is and it lacks appeal but it is different. Could be the thing that gets him over the top cause people will be talking about it. Sing 8 not difficult and song 7.. Clive must be getting old. Randy has not heard anything that he has hated tonight. Paula said he is a gift in and out. Simon said You may have put 34 musicians out of work.
Bo Bice Judge Song (Can't get no satisfaction) Started off bad. This is how we know he is a poser, not a rocker. Shouting and missing the singing of the song. Sing 7 song 8. Clive You nailed it Bo, Randy said I feel like this is your concert. Paula said one more week for free, then you pay. Simon said sounded like a wedding. Light fluff
Carrie (Crying) This could be the song of the season. Started out good. She is hitting all the notes and her voice is getting stronger through the song. Wow. that was good the best of the first three songs. 9 on the song and 9 on the pick. Randy said it was one of her best vocals. Paula got scared by a haunting ghost. Simon said nice job.

Everyone Loves Raymond
Tonight is the night that everyone loves Raymond goes off the air. I have to say that the show is very slow. Not as funny as some in the past. Of course they go with the old fake die scenario again for sympathy. They probably should have killed him off and then spun the show off called "Debra" about a middle aged woman strapped with a daughter and two gay twins.
The show ended sort of where it started. Old dialogue from when the show first went on the air. Now it will fade out and I have to say was uneventful.
Next show up is 2.5 men. This is a show I did not want to like but grew to love it. I think Sheen is one of the worst actors in the world but he actually works in this show.
