After a really piss poor April Fools Joke, Broke was the first up to sing Jolene, a Dolly Parton song..

Brooke...Starts off with the guy on the seat box hitting a beat like Mcphee did when she did the Tunstall song..Pitchy at first..Her song is not that strong but she has her finger on the pulse of the common person...She is staying with the acoustic version which is good..Fiddle..Letting the guys with equipment do their thing..Fantastic..Best performance of the night..8.....Randy said there were some pitch problems...but it was ok..Paula said something...Simon said there was no emotion in the song, busting your way through, you looked odd..I disagree..I thought she did really good tonight..

David Cook....Little Sparrow...Never heard of it...See his voice is not that good..I have a guest judge with me tonight and they said this guy knows his voice. I have to agree and it could net him the final contract in the end..He has taken a weak song and made it work...8....Nice job...Randy said yo yo check it out baby..you a rocker but it was a hot performance...Paula said I like your haircut..Never heard a guy do that song..Simon said it was not as good as last week but if you can make a song about sparrows good congrats....

Ramielle...Her voice gets lost in the lower register again...seems a little behind in the song...I thought she was going to be a contender but I do not see it anymore...just off a bit..7....Randy said he was not mad at her 6.5 out of 10..Paula said you connected, like the others.Simon said we are not going to remember this, sang it well but something you would see on a cruise ship....

Jason....bathed in green light, he does not know where he is going. seems like it is mic'd wrong..its a happy little ditty but it is not really doing anything to stand out..My guest judge gave a 4..I gave a 6...Randy said it started rough and unsure and then I liked..Paula said it was a strong performance..Simon...Did not like it at all. Sounded like the same song it does not suit you..

Carly....Here you come again...Acoustic version...Her voice was well controlled and sounded pitch perfect..They may say to slow but that is a dolly song..9...Best performance of the night..This could be your winner..Randy said the best of the night..Paula said great...Simon said it was good, not great, just one of those nights...You have to have a word with who is dressing you...Look more like a star..

David Archuletta....I am not too familiar with the song but I think he is singing it well...Best in weeks for him..So far he is on key and his voice sounds strong and a nice performance...9....Randy said you are back tonight..Paula said something..Simon said it was on the money..I agree...

Kristy Lee....Right off the bat she is drown out by the music..Coming back a bit but it is one of those songs that you just don't say is hot...I give it about an 7...Randy said country music is yours..Paula said you look pretty..Simon said last week was your best it was pleasant but forgettable

Syesha..she looks beautiful...she has to slam this song down but it is a more reserved at first...and then the Whitney version...I am mixed..not as good as Whitney but not a bad job..I give about an 8.5..Randy said you took on a big song and you did good..Paula said something about velvet and a voice..Simon the first part was good, but the second part paled to the Whitney version..

Mike Johns..I hate this guy..In the intro you can see he has such a shitty voice...they are going ot love this performance...My guest judge gave it an 8.5..I think he is a cheese dick poser...Randy said you turn it up all the time...Paula said you are a star...Simon said it has been introducing..The best he has heard him sing....
