Hell's Kitchen Season Finale

Tonight is the season finale of Hell's Kitchen. The start of the show was the recap showing how we are down to Heather from NYC and Virgina from CA. In all the opening clips they show the good and the bad of each. Both of our finalists tonight are cry babies. They each cried a total of 5 times on the clips.. The show then added a twist and in walks Heather's parents..She cries..Virgina had her mother and her husband. She did not cry and actually slapped her husband in the face when he tried to kiss her. In that moment the show revealed itself. Virginia will win and she will be divorced in one years time. How do I know this.. Well during the interview with the media that Chef Ramsey set up, one of the questions that was asked of her was now that you are newly married if you win what will you and your husband do.. Virginia's response shows how cold she is and will be...She said she will hire him... Even if that were the case in any good relationship you do not make a life altering statement like that out loud in public. That shows that you are selfish. In her mind she is only person that counts in that relationship.

Back from break..He cuts the place in half and now they have to come up with a plan as to how they are going to decorate their half of the restaurant. They have 36 hours to make the room their own. One wants old and the other wants a young atmosphere. Two very different ideas are forming. They have been given their sous chefs and now are creating the menu. Now the ladies are back with Ramsey. He is going to tell them something very big and he is telling them to pack their bags and they are going off somewhere cut to commercial.

Back from commercial Heather is crying again since they are going to Vegas. Chef Ramsey has them in a limo and he is pumping them with words of praise. In Vegas now they are facing a challenge. They are now in Hank's in Vegas. One is making sea bass and one is chicken. Now 20 customers vote. They tally the votes and the votes are tied. It comes down to one man and now we cut to commercial.

Back from commercial and last customer and the winner is.....The chicken won by one vote. Virginia has won again. I love the fact that they are always wearing their coats all the time. Now the chef gave them tickets to London to his place. Now with all the flight restrictions I wonder if they will be able to use them. Back at the restaurant and as anticipated there are problems like they have every year. To create stress for each of them. . Cut to 330 am and they are just getting to bed. Now the girls are awake and waiting. At 648 am their staff arrives and it is the other castoffs and we cut to commercial.

During this commercial break one of the worst commercials ever made came on. Dunkin Donuts...Swimming soccer, oboe, ballet,,,and karate...I want to gouge my ears and eyes out when I see and hear that spot.

The old staff comes in and they are bugging out. The phone rings and he orders them all to the kitchen. Virginia gets first choice...Keith, Heather...Rachel..Virgina....Tom..Did not see that. Heather..Sarah...Virginia takes Jiacomo and leaves Garret to be picked last and he goes to Heather. Virginia tells them all that she picked them because they are weak. Bad move..Heather is trying uplift.....

Two commercial breaks ago I made a 5 buck bet that Virginia is going to win with the son of a woman that I work with. He just called because he is now nervous about losing. The game is a afoot Brian... The first hour is up and we are back doing a recap of the last hour. Keith is demanding to be paid. Could their be sabotage??? Could Virginia lose....

Back from the intro and here we go. Virginia said she will give them each a G. Money talks. Lots of smack talking in the kitchen but a problem for Heather with the table. She resolves it quickly. Virginia's turn for bad news. Her water wall is a big hole and it will not work..Drama..Cut to commercial.

Back from commercial...The are going over the menus for each. Heather is showing her food to the chef..Hates some loves some..Same with Virgina... The menus have been tweaked..Ramsey is saying they are very opposite. Time to review the place to eat..Showing too much of her. It is all about her, pictures of her, her writing, he face.....Virgina's place was finished... Chef Ramsey likes her place better. The gloves are off and the battle begins

Brian has posted a comment showing how very scared he is right now. He is talking strong but saying nothing. He is scared and that is expected. He is going to be 5 bucks in the hole....

Back from commercial at 923. The doors are open..Heather is strong on her first order and Virginia a little weak...Chef lets them know that the owner is going to be ordering from both. Appy's are going fast in red and not in blue. Heather is in the lead but one plate was returned. Virginia is going slow but watching quality. Tom is just a dick saying he does need someone to fire him up but he is 43 with no job and no drive. Virginia is moving now and people are loving the appy's. Pretty much they are neck in neck...Just the drama playing out. Virginia really picked a team with a bad attitude. It looks like Virginia is down and out.

Back from break and Ramsey looks at the cut and tells him he is a baby which he is. Tom just sucks. He deserves to be out of a job. Virginia is making up time and they say she is doing good. Her entrees are out but plates are coming back and now Virginia is out of food. Heather is getting her desserts out. But quality sucks... and now attitudes are starting to show in her kitchen. If Virginia was smart she should have paid off Heather's staff. The service is finished and now it is up to the public and the chef. Chef tells them both did a great job. In walks in the owner of the red rock in Vegas. He has sampled both and he is giving insight. Virginia took a bad staff and made it work. Her dishes were complex. Heather took good chefs and made it simple. If this were the olympics Virginia's dishes would be rated more difficult. The chef is reflecting and the clips leave you with the mind thought that it going to be close. H and V are called to meet with the chef. He is pumping up both again..... Making them really feel good about themselves. They are faced with the two doors. They are in front of the doors..Chef tells them to open the door....Heather is crying again.... Cut to commercial break....Who will step out.

Back from the break....one two three...out steps....Out steps Heather...I am out five bucks..Virginia's staff sold her out and once again she is crying but perhaps well deserved. We leave Hell's kitchen with a sense of accomplishment and salvation...Until next year.

To Brian I will give your mom the money tomorrow but remember this....do not spend it on ebay
