American Idol-Niner In The Hole

Idol back on tonight..JV called and said it was most downloaded songs of the Internet...Could be a recipe for disaster....The obligatory banter between the judges and Ryan. Of course we go into a Ryan infomercial....

Anoop..Singing Usher....Just gonna go out there and have fun...This is going to be a hard song for him to pull off...More screaming than singing and he is behind the song. It is just blah and did not really get the crowd going. Bad choice because Usher is a big voice..His is not..7...Randy said you picked up your swagger..Said vocally good but not right song for you..Kara said when you pick Usher you have to for it and you did not..Frat guy dare...Paula said you went back to the playful side.Your vocals sounded good but work on stage act and go for it..Simon said it was a mess. Said it was a poser song...Kumar is fighting for his life now and it is making me very uneasy...

Megan..Bob Marley..This is a good song and a nice choice for her... She makes weird faces and sounds like she sings thru her nose...She can't dance at all and it was flat....6...Freaky....Kara said I like you but you are in trouble...said it was not a good choice for her..Paula said you need to take us by surprise and dig deep for beauty and there will be a stool with a light and no movement and see the ballad and rip the heart out... Simon said so she needs a chair...It was boring and indulgent and you are becoming that..The audience sounds crazy tonight...Randy said it was like watching paint dry..He repeated Kara...I think she can be good but she is lost... Danny .....What Hurts the Most..Actually probably a really good song choice for him...The lone violinist....starting out ok and good at the first stanza...I am not sure if its good or if its just yelling and runs...Its good...8.5....Paula said you thrive from the first note to the cadence and I want more and I will hit you...twice..Simon said we were not on the same page...this week he feels that it was his best performance...like two snails competing with a race horse...I don't know if it was great but solid...Randy said you brought it crazy and the show started now...Randy is about swagger...Kara said you moved everyone emotionally...Hmmm don't see it...Kara be in love...

Allison....Don't speak...Hair teased..Lighting is odd..Its distracting...Strange outfit..starts out good but at the stanza sounds a little cheesy but towards the end she really does bring it..She is by far the best rocker chic this idol has seen...8.5....Should have done Pink...Randy said you can sing but you were ahead of the beat but dude what are you wearing..Mad love but can I say it polease....Kara said you are the part, don't dress it and it was forced and distracting..Good job not best. Paula said you have an axe and an edge..singers are twice your age and masterful and going skating bye to the finish..Simon said we cannot ignore the outfit its like the Adams family..it seemed a bit dressy uppy and being a rock star...and you were shouting the song..

Matty G...The Fray..You Found Me..Good Song...Flat at the start..Ooohhh HoooFa ..He is in the crowd playing the keyboard..getting a little better as it goes on but he is yelling too much and it is hard to make out the song by the way he is doing it..Not bad, not great...7....Paula said Ok but you had an abortion and sitting in a false voice and it sound like Issac and it was a cold play.. Chris....Ain't No Sunshine...Fantastic Song...Christina Christenson did this in the first season and it was great....Haunting and first and getting faster..It is different than the original but just a little to make it fresh...Best performance of the night...10..sung perfectly and just fantastic...Wow...Randy said you are in a zone..Kara said that is artistry..Paula said you are pacing yourself strong...Simon said you brought it nice arrangement best performance. Winner for the night...Could be your next Daughtry...
